Judge condemns millionaire surgeon’s 10-year divorce fight

A cosmetic surgeon and former nurse “only have themselves to blame” for a ten-year divorce battle that has “done untold damage”, a judge has said.
Mr Justice Moor reprimanded the couple as he maintained that their case was an illustration that recent law reform to create “no-fault” divorce would not eradicate “destructive” court fights.
Sitting in the High Court in London, the judge called the breakdown of the millionaire plastic surgeon’s marriage “expensive and thoroughly damaging”.
