Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns Window: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note, software is non-refundable but can be cancelled upon renewal after one year.

Refund Process: Upon receiving your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to show in your account.

Return Shipping: For most items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to an issue with the product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Process for Returning Books:

  • Books must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • If the return is due to a problem with the book (e.g., damage), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Otherwise, return shipping costs for books are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
  • Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
