The webinar will be split into 2 sections, the first talk will cover 'The Impact of a Child’s Additional Needs on Proceedings' with Aimee Fox, and the second talk covering 'Standing outside the Booth with a G & T - Matrimonialisation and the Business' with Michael George.
Aimee’s talk, entitled ‘The Impact of a Child’s Additional Needs on Proceedings’, will be from 1pm to 1:30pm and will draw on her experience in cases involving financial matters where children have additional needs.
Michael’s talk is entitled 'Standing outside the Booth with a G & T - Matrimonialisation and the Business', will be from 1:30pm to 2pm, where he will review the latest guidance on matrimonial assets and how this new guidance may be applied to evaluation of a fair outcome where business assets are part of the pot.

Aimee Fox, 3PB Barristers
Aimee Fox is a specialist in family and education law with an established practice specialising in financial remedies and private law proceedings. Aimee is also a qualified family finance arbitrator.

Michael George, 3PB Barristers
Michael George is an experienced family practitioner specialising in family finance matters and financial remedies. Michael regularly takes instruction on cases with a business assets and international dynamics.
Michael’s talk is entitled “Standing outside the Booth with a G & T - Matrimonialisation and the Business”, where he will review the latest guidance on matrimonial assets and how this new guidance may be applied to evaluation of a fair outcome where business assets are part of the pot.
