New & Revised Standard Family Orders released

As set out in the Advisory Notice announced by Mr Justice Peel, dated 17th May 2023, a full set of new and revised Standard Family Orders have been released on the Judiciary website.

As stated in ‘House Rules (May 2023)’ document attached to the Advisory Notice, the new orders can be used straight away ‘Accordingly, when drafting orders, whether by consent or following a hearing, the standard order templates should be used, adapted as appropriate to the facts of the case. ‘

If you are a Quantum Cloud user, we would like to inform you that we are aware of these new orders, and are currently working on implementing them into Quantum Cloud as soon as possible.

When the new orders are available in Quantum Cloud, the update will happen automatically for all users.
