Introducing our brand new feature: Quantum Cloud Document Manager

With this latest Quantum Cloud feature, you can now attach your supporting documents neatly to your client's Quantum Cloud case.
The new Document Manager module is an optional add-on offering the facility to securely upload and attach PDF documents to your Quantum forms and files. With Quantum Collaborate, you can also send and receive documents from collaborators, without the privacy risks associated with emailing.
How can the Document Manager help you?
- Document Manager allows you to upload PDF documents quickly and simply with a drag-and-drop feature.
- Documents required as attachments for Forms E, E1 and E2, such as bank statements and valuations, can be linked to specific items within sections of the form and can be referenced in the Schedule of Documents.
- Quantum Collaborate users can receive and send documents from their clients, allowing the clients to provide relevant documents instantly and within a secure environment.
Quantum Cloud Document Manager is included in the Quantum Collaborate add-on. If you would like to start collaborating on forms and sharing PDF documents with your client, contact Lisa (lisa@classlegal.com) about how to upgrade to Quantum Collaborate.
If you would like to add the Document Manager to your current Quantum Cloud subscription without Quantum Collaborate, you can take advantage of the first year introductory half price of £30+vat*, per user, for this new feature.
