Arbitration after Haley: A v A (Arbitration: Guidance) [2021] EWHC 1889 (Fam)

Case note: In this case Mostyn J (‘the judge’) dealt with an arbitral award made by Christopher Pocock QC (‘the arbitrator’) in December 2020. The judge took the opportunity to set down some procedural guidelines concerning arbitration as well as a pro forma order, following the Court of Appeal’s judgment in Haley v Haley [2020] EWCA Civ 1369.
