Aimee’s talk, entitled ‘The Impact of a Child’s Additional Needs on Proceedings’, will draw on her experience in cases involving financial matters where children have additional needs.

Michael George, 3PB Barristers

Michael George is an experienced family practitioner specialising in family finance matters and financial remedies. Michael regularly takes instruction on cases with a business assets and international dynamics.

Michael’s talk is entitled “Standing outside the Booth with a G & T - Matrimonialisation and the Business”, where he will review the latest guidance on matrimonial assets and how this new guidance may be applied to evaluation of a fair outcome where business assets are part of the pot.
