Can I book a demo of the software?

I want to subscribe to Compass Pro but the curated bundles are not right for me. Can I create my own bundle?
We have tried our best to offer bundles that cover different practice areas. However, if you would like to discuss a bespoke bundle, we can offer some flexibility. Please discuss bespoke options as part of your free trial.
Do I need to download anything?
No, Compass is completely cloud based.
Can I access Compass offline?
Compass is an online tool. However, if you are already logged in and looking at a book, you will still be able to continue using that book if the internet drops out. You will not be able to access other books on your shelf until the internet returns.
Can I extend my free trial?
If you have not managed to log in to your account during the trial period, we can extend the trial for you. However if you have logged in and accessed the tool, it is unlikely the trial will be extended. However, we are happy to discuss this on a case by case basis.
How often is content in Compass updated?
Books are updated at least once a year (with the exception of Pensions in Divorce which is updated every 2 years). However, integrated content from the FRJ is constantly added and updated in Compass.
How long will my subscription last?
Subscriptions are for 1 year. You will be contacted the month before your subscription asking if you wish to renew for another year.
Can my team share a login for Compass?
No, Compass is licensed per user and we do not recommend sharing login details.
