Form A65. A revised version of the Confidential contact details form (Adoption and Children Act 2002) has been released. The main change is that a Statement of truth has been added. This revised form is now in effect and can be used immediately.

Form N208. A revised version of the Claim Form (CPR Part 8) has been released (although dated ’10.20’). Changes are to the Statement of Truth. This revised form is now in effect and can be used immediately.

Changes are to specify that Questions 5-8 are not required for Deemed service applications, and a reminder added to the Signature section that the Applicant’s contact details can be left blank and C8 completed. Form BR19 A revised version (very minor textual changes) of the Application for a State Pension forecast has been released. This revised version can be used immediately.

Form C100 A revised version of the Application under section 8 of the Children Act 1989 has been released. A small text change in Section 8: International Cases has been made, to take account of the UK’s exit from the EU. This revised version is now in effect and should be used immediately.

Form D50C A revised version of the Application on ground of failure to provide reasonable maintenance has been released. Changes are to the jurisdiction options in Part 1: Further details of the financial application. This revised version is now in effect and should be used immediately.

Order 2.1 - Financial Remedy Order A small piece of ambiguous drafting has been corrected. In the dismissal clauses at paragraphs 97 and 98 the wording ‘[[secured] periodical payments orders,]’ is changed to ‘[secured periodical payments orders], [periodical payments orders]’. This change takes effect immediately.

Order 3.1 to 3.4 (inclusive), 4.1 to 4.4 (inclusive), 6.1 to 6.4 (inclusive), 9.1 to 9.5 (inclusive), 10.1 & 10.2, all number 13 apart from 13.17, 13.19 and 13.24 to 13.29 (inclusive), 14.1, 15.7, 22.1 to 22.3 (inclusive) Reflecting the substitution of Family Procedure Rules Part 37 and PD 37A on 1 October 2020, the wording of the undertakings box in the orders listed above has been changed (‘Notice pursuant to PD 37A para 2.1’ is now ‘Notice’ and ‘Statements pursuant to PD 37A para 2.2(2)’ is now ‘Statements of understanding’). This change takes effect immediately.

Order 1.1 - Financial Proceedings Directions Order (longer version) The revised version of this order (and the orders below) reflect the substitution of Family Procedure Rule 9.27 and the revisions of Forms H and H1. Rule 9.27(8) now requires the court to record in a recital to its order details of costs estimates/particulars filed. Rule 9.27(9) requires the court to record in a recital to its order any failure by any party to comply with the requirements to file estimates/particulars of costs. Specifically, the following changes have been made to Order 1.1: insertion of new paragraphs 20 and 21, and amendment to paragraph 86. This revised order comes into effect on 6 July 2020.
