Tech start-up boss wanted judge to declare his marriage to his doctor wife void claiming she refused to have sex with him.
A “patriarchal” law which allows a marriage to be annulled if it has not been consummated must be reformed, the wife of a tech boss has said after she won a legal battle for a divorce.
Husayn Kassai, co-founder of technology firm Onfido, had wanted a judge to declare his marriage to doctor Niloofar Tabarra, 31, void on the grounds that she had refused to have sex with him.
