Rhys Taylor
Rhys Taylor is a barrister, arbitrator and mediator at 36 Family and 30 Park Place. He specialises in financial remedy and TOLATA/cohabitation cases. He is a Bencher of the Inner Temple and a member of the Bar Council ADR panel. He was a member of the Pension Advisory Group, co-author of Pensions on Divorce: A Practitioner's Handbook (3 rd edition, 2018) and a contributor to Resolution's "Cohabitation Claims" (2 nd edition, 2019) and Class's @eGlance. He has published numerous articles on family and property law and lectured the Judicial College on pensions on divorce. Rhys also conducts private FDRs. Rhys is commended in the Legal 500 and Chambers directories.

Joe Rainer
Joe's practice covers all areas of private family law, with a focus on financial remedies (including cases brought under TOLATA 1996). Despite his junior call, he has appeared solo in multi-day High Court trials covered by the national press, where he has been commended by the Court for his "conspicuous skill" (Cohen J in Radseresht v Radseresht-Spain [2017] EWHC 2932 (Fam)).

Jonathan Galbraith
Jonathan Galbraith is a pensions actuary with over 15 years of experience working in the UK pensions industry. He qualified as a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in 2009, and is at present Head of Product & Risk at Mathieson Consulting Limited, a leading actuarial consultancy which provides expert witness services in respect of pension matters upon divorce. Jonathan has written over 300 such expert witness reports since joining the firm in 2017, and he has spoken at a number of events aimed at family law practitioners in this period.

Matthew Richardson
Matthew’s practice spans all areas of family law, with a specialism in private client matters including financial remedies, Schedule 1, TOLATA, and children law. His particular areas of expertise include hidden assets and non-disclosure, pensions on divorce, mental health issues, ‘parental alienation’, relocation (internal and international) and complex high-conflict relationships.
