Mr Justice Mostyn is a High Court Judge for the family division. He was previously a barrister specialising in Financial Remedies. He is a member of the Lord Chancellor's Advisory Group on Ancillary Relief, the President's International Committee, and of the Ogden Committee. He is an author of Capitalise, Quantum, and @eGlance.

Lady Hale
Lady Hale is former president of the Supreme Court. In 1994, became a judge in the Family Division of the High Court of Justice. In 2013, she was appointed Deputy President of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom. In 2017, she was appointed President of the Supreme Court.

HHJ Edward Hess
Edward Hess read Mathematics and then Law at Cambridge University. He was called to the Bar by Middle Temple in 1985 and practised at Harcourt Chambers from 1985 to 2010. He was a District Judge (PRFD) at the Central Family Court from 2010 to 2015. Since 2015 he has been a Circuit Judge, currently sitting at Portsmouth Family Court, Swindon Family Court and the Central Family Court. Since 2016 he has been a Deputy High Court Judge. In 2017 he was appointed as a Deputy Leader of the Financial Remedies Court Project. He is the co-author of the Dictionary of Financial Remedies and Pensions and Divorce: A Practitioner's Handbook.

Sir James Munby
